Provide ongoing support & material supply for the facility’s maintenance and management of change (MOC) requirements.

Update QR code software to ensure equipment is up & running to utilize for preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance procedures. 

Update P&IDs to as-built for facility changes and new/modified assets.

Perform additional data mining or linking documents for new/modified assets for uses such as Process Safety Management, Facility Management System, and Facility Conditions Assessments (FCA).

Collaborate with the owner to develop a Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA) to ensure the long term integrity of the labeling project.
